Find your own team's observation images and import them into MaxIm. If taken with VAO, they should be located in the scratch directory under the folder you created. If you took your images using Gemini, they should be located in the Student Images drive of your computer, in your class folder, and in a folder labeled by your observation code. If you're having trouble locating your images, ask your TA to help you.
Practice Your New Skills
You should now be familiar with importing images into MaxIm, adjusting the histogram of an image, and creating color images. These tools are just the bare essentials for analyzing images with MaxIm. Using your tools, create a true or false color image using Maxim DL of your object. Don’t forget to record how you created your image so you can tell your classmates about it!
